I had such a great experience buying my van from here. It was my first time purchasing a van and I was honestly quite nervous as it’s a big amount of money to spend, but Matthew and the team made me feel completely comfortable and looked after from start to finish. They were incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured at any point. They also went above and beyond by including extra work on the vehicle before collection, such as a new cambelt and a full mechanical service, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely kind, and it just felt like a really trustworthy place to buy from. They even introduced me to their lovely dog Freddie who was adorable and made the whole experience even nicer! I’m so happy with my van and would absolutely recommend Matthew and the team to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Friendly and professional service really happy with my new van.

Mat came in on his day of to make sure we were happy with the van and allowed us a test drive I spotted a couple of miner things which were sorted. Mat held on to the van for a few weeks for use as we were having our driveway redone, which was very helpful and then delivered to our door . Great service very happy.

The vans have an independent check prior to sale and the online sales description of condition etc was accurate. Remote delivery was seamless and timely. Quality honest Dealer – Excellent experience

Good honest business. Over the months of looking for a new van Scarrotts name was high on my list as they constantly had good quality low mileage vans in stock – found the van we wanted and Matthew was excellent honest communicator – very difficult not being able to view the van, but all details were accurate, great service before delivery, on delivery and all requests were done. Really happy with our new van it is really in excellent condition – honest family company who you can trust. Was very anxious about transferring money with not being at dealer but it was all fine – home delivery service what more could you aks for. In a world where you are not sure who to trust, my advice is you can trust this company. We are about 80 miles away and bought the van without leaving our house – thank you to Scarrotts.
